the 2024 hafta on the rocks weekender is in the books.
Thanks to everyone who joined us on September 21 & 22 for fun social rides, great prize draws, a delicious feast, a chilled evening by the fire, and overnight camping near the trails.
On the Rocks was created as a way for our rocky & technical mtb community to come together and celebrate the trails we love, and to say goodbye to the summer season.
Our event was inspired by the format of the Yeti Tribe Gathering – Passionate folks enjoying an epic day of riding followed by a fun social event including a delicious feast and MTB prizes. Overnight camping is available so that we can keep the party going the next day with a second ride!
The OTR Group rides are open to everyone.
Saturday and Sunday group rides are open to everyone at no cost, including non-members. We will organize different ride groups each day based on rider capability levels so that everyone has fun.

tickets
OTR tickets are sold individually (One person at a time) for $41 and include your meal, entry to Kelso, and a chance to win a Go Pro HERO 12 Black (a $549 value).
Saturday ride
Park and register at Mohawk Racetrack from 10:30-11AM. Group rides commence at 12:00PM sharp. We return to the Mohawk parking lot by 4:00 pm and then head over to Kelso for 4:30 pm.
Sunday Ride
Sunday will be a Kelso group ride with the time TBD. HAFTA will provide coffee and some pastries at breakfast before the ride to help you get fueled up for it.
Prizes
Your event pass includes ONE entry to win the Go Prop. Additional draw prizes at the event which tickets can be purchased - cash preferred! 10 tickets for $10, 25 for $20.
Party & Camping
Post-ride festivities will be at camping sites A & B at Kelso Park, which is a short drive from our trails. Limited spots are available due to capacity restrictions so don't wait to reserve your spot.
No refunds
Unfortunately if you're unable to attend day-of, we will not be able to refund your ticket cost. However, your ticket is transferrable but must go to another HAFTA member as well as your selected meal option.
