A heartfelt thank you to every Trail Captain who has been out on the trails this season — inspecting, trimming, clearing, and reporting. Your dedication keeps over 43 km of singletrack safe, rideable, and ready for the community to enjoy. None of this happens without you, and we couldn't be more grateful for your time and effort. You are the backbone of HAFTA — thank you for everything you do!

How to Fill Out Your Trail Captains Report

Thanks for keeping our trails in great shape! Here's what to include when submitting your report:

Time Spent — Log only your time on the ground doing actual trail work. Please don't include travel time to and from the trails. If everyone in the group worked the same hours, one report covers it. If anyone's hours differ, they'll need to submit a separate report for their time.

Who Was There — Include the names of everyone who helped out during the session.

Trails Worked On — List the specific trail(s) you maintained so we know exactly where the work was done.

Photos — Snap a few pics of any trail issues, hazards, or concerns you came across. These help us track problems and prioritize follow-ups.

That's it — quick, easy, and incredibly helpful. Thank you for all you do out there!
