SEPTEMBER 20TH & 21ST, 2025

Join us for our exciting two-day member event packed with social rides, awesome prize draws, a tasty dinner, and a relaxing evening by the fire—with camping near the trails for the full experience.

The fun continues at scenic Kelso Park, right near the Agreement Forest and Hilton Falls trails. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early! Your OTR ticket includes dinner, Kelso entry, and a chance to win a beautiful piece of artwork from Jany Mitges. Saturday kicks off with group rides from Mohawk Racetrack at noon (ride registration is 10:30 to 11:30AM), followed by dinner and festivities at Kelso. Sunday’s group ride details will be announced, with coffee and pastries provided in the morning. Bring your lawn chairs and good vibes—this is one event you won’t want to miss!

Please note all rides with HAFTA are considered intermediate to advanced due to the nature of our trail network.

OTR Schedule

Saturday Group Rides - Park and Register at MOHAWK RACETRACK at 10:30am-11:30am. Group rides commence at 12:00pm sharp. We return to the Mohawk parking lot by 4:00 pm and you'll head over to event site at Kelso for 4:30 pm.

Saturday Dinner - Meals begin being served at around 6pm

We recommend bringing lawn chairs, additional snacks, and your own plate/cutlery for the social evening by the camp fire.

Sunday - Kelso Group Ride time TBD. HAFTA will provide coffee and some pastries at breakfast time.

PLEASE ALSO READ:

  1. If you're NOT a HAFTA member, you MUST add-on a yearly membership. If a non-member signs-up, HAFTA will reach out to offer you the opportunity to join as a member.

  2. No refunds. Unfortunately if you're unable to attend day-of, we will not be able to refund your ticket cost. However, your ticket is transferrable but must go to another HAFTA member as well as your selected meal option.

  3. Alcoholic beverages will not be served at this event.
